The Concrete Consultancy 2000 Ltd were commissioned on the 12th February 2024 to undertake an external concrete condition survey of the concrete elements to Brooklyn House, Anerley Road, London, SE20 8AX.
The investigation comprised a visual and hammer rap survey of the external concrete elements, site testing of concrete to establish depths of cover to the steel reinforcement, the depth of carbonation and chloride content of concrete samples.
