The Concrete Consultancy 2000 Ltd were commissioned on the 4th August 2023 to undertake a survey and testing of the external concrete elements to BT Wickford ATE, Market Avenue, Wickford, Essex SS12 0AD.
The investigation comprised a visual and hammer rap survey of external concrete elements, site testing to establish cover to the steel reinforcement, the depth of carbonation, the chloride content of concrete samples.
