The Concrete Consultancy 2000 Ltd were commissioned on the 9th April 2019 to undertake a concrete condition survey of the concrete elements to Hatfield Multi-Storey Car Park, Hatfield Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1QE.
The investigation comprised; a visual and limited hammer rap survey of the internal and external concrete elements to establish the current condition and note the extent of defects, site testing of concrete to establish depths of carbonation and sampling of the concrete and laboratory analysis for chlorides.
Following the inspection and testing, TCC 2000 Ltd undertake a full repair and refurbishment project of Hatfield Road car park.
