The Concrete Consultancy 2000 Ltd were commissioned on the 16th May 2023 to undertake repairs to the external concrete panels to 497-501 Lea Bridge House.
The repair specification comprised, the removal of all defective concrete cover via mechanical means, cleaning of exposed steel reinforcement, repair of concrete surfaces using a suitable polymer modified concrete repair mortar and finishing mortar to match existing colour and texture as closely as possible.
